Brief consultations are offered over the phone or online to understand the best way to support your workplace request. Following a brief consultation, a customized quote would be prepared for your consideration.
Training
Training is offered online or in-person. Trainings are customized to meet the needs of our clients. Following a consultation, a training proposal will be drafted for your consideration.

In-person appointments are conveniently located in West Hamilton, with easy access from Dundas and Ancaster. We are near McMaster University and Hospital, with free parking.

The entrance to the offices is to the right of Crunch Fitness, if you are coming from the parking lot. You will see a door with an awning that reads “Office Entrance.” Enter to through this door and head towards the elevator or stairs and up to the 3rd floor.
